Martin Sanchez has 30 years of construction experience as owner of MS Painting Inc. He has been in the water conservation field since 2011 and founded Expert Technology Choice in 2016. He has successfully led several organizations and facilities through ETC's unique water conservation program, reaching savings results of 40% and higher. His goal is to reach a high-efficiency water consumption and influence community impact organizations such as hospitals, school systems, airports, and others, to partner in the program and generate substantial and sustainable savings opportunities, thus increasing ETC's footprint in Florida and at a national level.

Isel Salgado has a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Rostov-on-Don engineering institute, in Russia. Her experience covers practically all business management facets in the process of planning, organizing, integrating, directing, and controlling resources (intellectual, human, material, financial, among others) of an organization, to produce maximum benefit or achieving its objectives. She also completed complementary courses, such as Business Management, Accounting and Costs Management, QuickBooks, Strategic Workforce and Wages Planning and others, in addition to being fluent in three languages. She has worked in the past with the Spanish chain of hotels Grand Bahia Principe, and with Sandals, Beaches & Pineapples Resorts, one of the most prestigious hotel chains in the Caribbean. She is a member of Expert Technology Corp since its foundation, joining projects that produced large savings results as 2016 Cypress Villas, Isla Del Mar Condominium, and 6060 Resort.

Alejandro Kalaf holds an Associate Degree in Architecture from Miami Dade Community College in 1984. He also completed the following courses: Advance Architecture Drawing, Construction Cost Estimating, Site Development, Legal Aspects of Construction, Building Systems, Survey of Architectural History, Mechanics of Materials, Professional Office Practice, Mechanics of Materials, Environmental Control of Buildings, Architecture Innovation for Construction, Management of Construction Projects, Construction Cost and Scheduling, Quality Control in Construction.
